SPECIAL ORDERS

All non-stock or special orders are noncancelable once order is placed and cannot be returned for any reason. All freight from the manufacturer will be added to quoted price. To order a special order, one must place a minimum of 25% non-refundable deposit on their Webb Account in cash.

COMPUTERIZED ORDERING

Our warehouse is computerized to provide immediate order entry, pricing and inventory information. By using the catalog's computer numbers, ordering is a breeze.

BILLING

Webb's billing period at the close of business on the 25th of each month. Bills are due by the following 25th of each month.

CREDIT

Orders can be charged by opening a Webb account or by VISA/Mastercard

Next day truck delivery (greater Cleveland area) for all orders placed by 4:00 p.m. A $4.95 delivery charge will be placed on all deliveries. Non parcel delivery outside Cleveland area (i.e. fragile) will be subject to charges.

Merchandise returned must be accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of delivery. Returns subject to a 15% restocking fee with sales receipt. If product missing or defective please notify Webb immediately.

INVENTORY

Over 18,000 plumbing, HVAC, electrical and specialty products in inventory allows Webb to provide one-stop shopping for all your needs.

SHORTAGES

In the event of shortages of material or incorrect shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. All shortages must be claimed within 7 days of delivery.

WARRANTY

Webb Supply is a wholesaler and does not manufacture or service any material sold. Merchandise is subject only to manufacturer's warranty. Not all material is under warranty. Webb will furnish warranties expressed or implied on any material Webb sells.
